- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act promptly to review the claim. If the claim is substantiated, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We aim to respond to all valid notices within 3-5 business days.
Counter-Notices
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- A description of the content that was removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before it was removed.
- Your contact information.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in the State of Delaware and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will forward valid counter-notices to the original claimant. As per DMCA regulations, the content may be restored if the claimant does not pursue legal action within 10-14 business days.

Our websites may feature content from third-party platforms, such as embedded videos. This content is governed by the terms and copyright policies of those respective platforms. While we will address claims related to our use of such content, we do not control its original copyright status.
